Unfortunately we only offer exchanges within Jalisco (Mexico), and we do not offer exchange or return service on any online purchases outside of this State.
We only make exchanges for damage or defects: if you are looking to exchange for the same item, send us an email to hola@beagoodhuman.mx with the purchase number and attached with a clear image of the damage to the garment or product.
We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve your request.
If you are looking to exchange it for another item, let us know in the same email, and we will gladly see the possibility of it
Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable.
