Can you gift wrap my order before sending it?

We are currently unable to gift wrap an order since the wrapping can easily be damaged during transport.

Can I exchange my items?

We do not offer a direct exchange or refund service, sorry for any inconvenient. For now, we only do exchanges inside of Jalisco State (Mexico). If you have any questionsor concerns, you are always welcome to contact our customer service via: hola@beagoodhuman.mx

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is done, you have 20 minutes to cancel it. Please contact our customer service: hola@beagoodhuman.mx or to (+52) 33 10 79 33 41 . We work with an automated order system that processes all incoming orders immediately, this means that we can’t really stop them, as they immediately go into processing and shipping. Contact us and if we are able to stop the shipment, you will receive an email confirming cancellation of the order and any charges made will be reversed (refund might take up to 10 business days)

Why was my order canceled?

There are a few reasons why an order may be canceled:- Your item is out of stock- Unverified information- Payment declines- Technical issues- Incorrect addressIf your order was canceled, you should receive an email notification, should you have any further questions, please reach out to: Sometimes an order does not process fue to two possible reasons:- A time lapse between ordering an item and confirming payment- The item ordered went out of stock during the ordering processTo prevent this from happening again, we kindly request that once the item is select you proceed to payment confirmation as soon as you can.

Oh no! I placed the same order twice!

We work with an automated order system that processes all incoming orders immediately, this means that we can’t really stop them, as they immediately gointo processing and shipping even if they are duplicated. But, please email us at: hola@beagoodhuman.mx and tell us about your "double trouble", make sure to write both order numbers, and we'll do our best to help and cancel one of them!

Can I add an item to my order?

We're so sorry, but we can't! We would love to, but due to the way our system works, we can't bill you after your order was submitted. We can guide you to only have one shipping all together. Contact us at: hola@beagoodhuman.mx

Can I remove an item from my order?

Our system processes orders immediately, which means we’re unable to change orders. Regrettably this means we are unable to remove an item from your order.If you no longer require any of the items ordered, you may return them to us for a full refund. I received a damaged or incorrect item

We’re very sorry to hear that your package did not arrive in perfect condition. We do our utmost to ensure the best quality possible for all BAGH items, but sometimes "one gets away". This should not happen and we apologize for this inconvenience.In order for us to follow up with and fix this, we kindly ask you to send us photos of the damaged item and we will look into this straight away!Email us at: hola@beagoodhuman.mx

Do you deliver to my country/location?

We're glad to let you know that we offer delivery services to almost every country in the world. To find out the cost of delivery and the services we offer to your country, you can add your postal code in the payment step, and it will show the cost depending your country and city.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we should be able to update your address, as long as the delivery country/location remains the same. Please contact us urgently at hola@beagoodhuman.mx or to (+52) 33 10 79 33 41 and don't forget to mention your order number and new shipping address.If your order has shipper we might be able to update your address, but this really depends on its status of the delivery and the courier´s availability.

Where is my order?

It can take between 1-4 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) for us to prepare a package for delivery. Once your order ships, you will be sent an auto-email containing tracking information. If you haven't received any tracking updates for more than 5 business days, please let us know so that we can look into it and investigate. Please note the investigation to locate a package may take several week. If for any reason it is determined that your package was lost in transit you will be issued a full refund or ship you a new package instead. You can always email us at hola@beagoodhuman.mx

Why didn’t I get my tracking info?

It can take between 1-4 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) for us to prepare a package for international delivery. Once your order ships, you will be sent an auto-email containing tracking information.All our orders can be tracked using the link sent in your shipping confirmation. please note that tracking information can take up to 48 hours to generate. If there has been noupdate on the tracking information for more than 5 business days, please let us know at hola@beagoodhuman.mx so that we can open an investigation with the shipper.

How much will it cost to ship to my country/location?

Do I need to pay duties & taxes?

That depends on your shipping country, if you will need to pay duties and taxes you will be able to see all charges automatically at checkout.

My package is stuck in customs

Oh no! but you should know that customs clearance is completely beyond our control, as are any delays resulting from inspections by the customs authorities.Should you have an issue with customs, please contact us at hola@beagoodhuman.mx and we will do everything we can to assist.

How can I return an item?

What is the cost of returning items?

We cant say an exact shipping cost, this is 100% customer payment, and you will only know until you place the package in a shipping company. Its important that you share withus the guide number.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we only offer exchanges within Jalisco (Mexico), and we do not offer exchange or return service on any online purchases outside of this State.

We only make exchanges for damage or defects: if you are looking to exchange for the same item, send us an email to hola@beagoodhuman.mx with the purchase number and attached with a clear image of the damage to the garment or product.

We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve your request.

If you are looking to exchange it for another item, let us know in the same email, and we will gladly see the possibility of it

Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable.
